Frost powder (SMll.SM13) is a new high-tech product developed by our company. It uses tap water to prepare frost liquid. It can produce a good frosting effect on flat glass, daily glass, lighting glass, etc. It has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection, safety, and easy operation. Each kilogram of frosted powder can process 15 square meters of glass (on a single side) ).
First, the preparation of frost liquid
This frosted powder is a two-component product. Each package contains 17.5 kg of component A and 7.5 kg of component B. When formulating frosted liquid, follow component A

Put component A and component B into plastic buckets, and then add tap water proportionally (if prepared with hot water above 80 ° C, you can shorten the aging time by more than half). Stir with plastic (or bamboo or wood) sticks until uniform , The prepared medicinal solution is sealed and allowed to mature naturally at room temperature for 24 hours. The newly prepared frosted liquid is thicker and the temperature drops. After curing, the viscosity and temperature of the liquid can return to normal. When the amount is large or the weather is cold, the curing time should be appropriately extended.
Second, frosting process
First fully stir the frosted liquid. The solids deposited on the bottom of the container must be stirred until a uniform suspension is formed. Then, immerse the clean glass product in the frosted liquid, leave it for about 2 minutes, and take it out for about 5-10 seconds. The frosted liquid flows back into the bucket. The use temperature of frosted liquid is best kept between 10-35 ° C.
Third, cleaning and drying
The frosted glass products are washed with tap water or sprayed clean, or they can be washed with a soft cloth and then washed with tap water. The washed glass products can be dried or air-dried.
