The polishing liquid is prepared by diluting with water: polishing liquid = 1: 1. The newly prepared polishing liquid can be used for a period of time. Generally, the polishing liquid is directly added into the medicine tank (no need to be equipped with tap water) at the ratio of polishing 50㎡ glass / 15Kg polishing liquid (half barrel).
The frosted glass polishing time is 3-5 minutes / time. It is necessary to observe whether the transparency of the thrown glass is consistent at any time. As the concentration decreases, the time is appropriately extended.
After using the polishing tank for a period of time (about one month), there are a lot of white powder and residue on the bottom of the box, which should be completely removed to avoid blocking the pipes and affecting the texture of the glass surface. If the liquid level is not enough, you can add the polishing liquid: water = 1: 1 to the polishing tank to increase the height of the polishing liquid level.
After adding the polishing liquid, the pump needs to be cycled for 10 minutes to reproduce.
