Formulation
① Pour 300Kg frosting powder (a total of 12 cases) into the medicine tank.
② SM11 powder is added with 90Kg of boiling water, SM13 powder is added with 120Kg of boiling water (preferably boiling water above 80 ° C).
③ Stir well with a wooden stick or plastic stick.
④ Leave to mature for 12 hours (intermediate stirring 2-3 times, 15 minutes / times).
filter
The cured potion contains a large amount of supersaturated crystals. Please use a 30-mesh sieve to filter all the cured potion once. The filtrate is returned to the medicine box (for sand precipitation). Used later to add).
Gritted sand
① Wipe the glass with a 5% hydrofluoric acid aqueous solution (1Kg hydrofluoric acid + 9Kg water), and then rinse with tap water.
② Put the glass on the sanding rack, take it out after spraying for 2-3 minutes, and rinse it with tap water.
Potion maintenance
When frosted glass is rough and has light transmission points, frosting powder should be considered.
①SMl2 powder addition method
Sulfuric acid method:
Each box of SMl2 frosting powder (specially added powder for sanding) is added with 8.5Kg of tap water and stirred well, then 4.5Kg of concentrated sulfuric acid is slowly added, stirred for 10 minutes, and left for 5 hours. The pump can circulate for 30 minutes to sand.
Hydrochloric acid method:
Each box of SMl2 frosting powder (specially added powder for sanding) is added with 12.5Kg hydrochloric acid (concentration: 32% -36%) and stirred well. After curing for 24 hours, it is added to the medicine tank, and the pump can be circulated for 30 minutes to sand.
②SM01 powder addition method
Sulfuric acid method:
Add 5Kg of tap water to each box of SM01 powder and mix well. Slowly add 5Kg of concentrated sulfuric acid and stir for 30 minutes. Then add it to the medicine tank. Turn on the pump and cycle for 30 minutes to rinse the sand.
Hydrochloric acid method:
Each box of SM01 frosting powder (special powder for sanding) is added with 10Kg hydrochloric acid (concentration: 32% -36%) and stirred well. After curing for 24 hours, it is added to the medicine tank, and the pump can be circulated for 30 minutes to sand.
Second, the precautions for glass sanding operation
Start the acid-resistant pump and stir the medicine well.
Use a small glass to test the effect of sand shower to check the effect.
The glass to be sanded must be scrubbed with a 5% hydrofluoric acid solution and then cleaned with tap water, otherwise the oil on the glass surface will affect the frosting effect.
The time required for glass sand leaching should be controlled within 2-5 minutes according to different purposes (requires a longer frosting time for those with deep frosted particles).
After the glass is sanded, the glass is erected so that the medicine on the surface of the glass flows back to the medicine tank as much as possible to reduce the loss of the medicine, and then it can be washed and dried with tap water.
