1. Process method and characteristics:
Screen frosted glass (glossy glass), or carve an etched pattern with a protective glass film, and soak it in a concave etch solution
After 20 ~ 50 minutes, take out and clean to get the finished product. The processed glass products produce bright, full three-dimensional ice-edge lines, with ordinary carvings.
Special artistic effects that cannot be achieved by the engraving method.
Schematic diagram of process equipment:

All water tanks and piping materials require PVC materials, of which PVC boards require a thickness of 10-12mm.
Mechanical pumps require acid-resistant magnetic pumps
The entire equipment is required to be as tightly sealed as possible.
Size and specifications are customized according to customer requirements.
Dilute according to the etchant: water = 1: 1, stir well, cover the prepared solution, and allow it to mature naturally at room temperature for 4 to 5 hours. The immersion time of the glass in the new compound water is 20-50 minutes. The length of the immersion time has a great impact on the depth of the etching and the fullness of the ice edges. If the time is long, the etching is deep and the ice edges are thick. Otherwise, it is shallow and delicate. The glass effect is required to determine the soaking time.
After using the medicine for a period of time, the concentration will decrease and the etching depth is not enough. The immersion time can be appropriately extended. If the effect is not obvious, the etchant must be considered.
After using the medicine for a period of time, some white precipitates should be cleaned regularly, otherwise it will affect the ice edge effect and produce white edges. After clearing the white precipitate, the white edge is still generated. The solution is to add 2% of the total weight of the etching solution to the tap water to dilute the impurity ion concentration in the solution, and then add an etchant; if the etching effect is still good, only a small amount For white edges, you only need to add tap water, no need to add an etchant.
The addition method is to add an etchant stock solution at 10% of the total amount of the chemical solution, stir it and allow it to mature at room temperature for about 2 hours.
Seal the potion as much as possible during use to reduce the volatilization of the potion.
Fourth, process operation matters needing attention
Operators mut wear acid-resistant rubber gloves to avoid direct contact with the skin.
The operation site should be ventilated, and the operation process should be sealed as much as possible to prevent the volatilization of the medicine from affecting the surrounding environment.
The glass to be etched is wiped with a 5% hydrofluoric acid aqueous solution (1㎏hydrofluoric acid + 9㎏water), and then rinsed with tap water.
The small glass test effect is applied before production to determine the concentration of the chemical solution, the etching depth and the etching time, and then the product is produced.
When soaking, the etched side of the glass must be placed statically with the distance between 1 and 1.5 mm. Avoid placing air bubbles when placing the glass, otherwise it will affect the ice edge effect. For mass production, a lamination method can be used.
When stopping production, the potion should be completely sealed to maintain the effect.
